Marion's coastal walk

Description

Probably my favourite of the places I visited on my South Australia trip was the Marion's coastal walk. It was a reasonably long, but not particularly strenuous walk along a coastline with many interesting landscape features.
South Australia has some of the best evidence of an ice age in the Permian period. From 280-270 million years ago, this place was covered in ice. After the ice melted it left behind some telltale features that can be seen to this day, such as glacier scratch marks on the rocks and big drop stones that lie on what is now the beach.
Overall, a pretty interesting place to walk along.
